to assure that anyone interested in buying a home in your
price range -- or their agents -- know that your property is available.
PHOTO BROCHURES. After receiving your signed listing
contract, we prepare and print a professional home profile. We
make a point of having brochures for all of our listings
available at each of our open houses.
DIRECT MARKETING. We bulk mail
advertisements of client's property to targeted
neighborhoods, email photo and description of home to database
of potential buyers, and personally call the best prospects.
ON THE INTERNET. According to research by the
National Association of Realtors, seventy percent of home
buyers utilize the Internet for their home search (Given the
education and income levels of prospective Bergen County home
buyers, the percentage of Internet users is even higher.) We
make Internet marketing a priority!

House, as agreed to in advance with you, for the greatest
impact on the market. Brochures of all of our currently
available listings are displayed at each open house.
'FOR SALE' SIGNS. Immediately our distinctive
personalized 'For Sale' sign is placed on your property along
with a brochure box containing photo/property
information flyers.
MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICES. Your home is immediately listed on
the
2 most popular Multiple
Listing Services: the New Jersey MLS (NJMLS) and the Garden State MLS
(GSMLS). We subscribe to both MLS services to ensure
that our clients' properties are advertised to all local
Realtors and their qualified buyers. We personally
submit photos and the descriptive elements of your home to
ensure that you have the best possible representation on the
MLS.
