Wyckoff Real
Estate
A "New Jersey Monthly" survey described Wyckoff as one of the state's "Hot Towns." It's easy to see why. Wyckoff is a terrific place to live. The best way to describe Wyckoff is through its unofficial motto -- "the community where you know your neighbors." Indeed, a strong sense of community is Wyckoff's hallmark. The warmth of its residents is matched only by the beauty of their surroundings. Tree-lined streets, expansive lawns, and well appointed homes characterize this countrified community. The term "curb appeal" could have been coined with Wyckoff in mind. Wyckoff's schools rank among the best in the country. The district includes four neighborhood elementary schools and a middle school. The Wyckoff Public Library is first-rate. Recreational opportunities abound at the 13-acre Memorial Town Hall complex which includes soccer and baseball fields (included a lighted field), lighted basketball and tennis courts, a band shell, a handball court, and a playground. Wyckoff families also love the 81-acre environmental center. Wyckoff's main business area is centrally located within the boundaries of Franklin, Wyckoff and Godwin Avenues. Known as "the triangle," this area has attractive small retail shops and boutiques. In addition, there are three pockets of neighborhood stores - Cedar Hill Shopping Center, Mayflower Shopping Center, and Goffle Road. In describing Wyckoff, many attributes come to mind. Some speak of its beauty, others of its history, still others of its sense of community. These many attributes make Wyckoff a "Hot Town" and all-around great community.
